Field Service Engineer Vacancy

EnergyLabs.ai is an ambitious scale-up in the energy sector. We develop intelligent battery and energy systems that help companies manage their energy consumption more smartly and achieve higher returns from their existing connections.

We are growing rapidly, and our projects are growing with us. That is why we are looking for a Field Engineer who is energized by technology, variety, and smart solutions. Someone who enjoys being on-site, thinks along with customers, and helps bring our battery and energy management installations to life.

You will join a young team working on industrial battery systems, energy management, and flexible controls. This is not a traditional electrotechnical service job, but a role where you truly have an impact on the energy transition.

What will you do?

• You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and interventions on our battery and energy management systems at industrial clients.
• You perform commissioning: testing, configuring, starting up, and validating new installations together with our engineers.
• You analyze malfunctions, contribute to solutions, and ensure that systems continue to operate safely and performantly.
• You work closely with our project managers, energy experts, and the product team to provide customers with the best service.
• You document your work clearly and provide feedback to continuously improve our solutions.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• You have a technical education in an electrical or electromechanical field, or you have equivalent experience.
• You are interested in battery technology, energy management, industrial installations, or you wish to specialize in these areas.
• Experience in service, maintenance, or commissioning is a plus.
• You are a problem-solver, work accurately, and feel responsible for your work.
• You can work independently but collaborate smoothly with colleagues.
• You are flexible and feel comfortable in an environment where no two days are the same.
• You have a Category B driver’s license and speak Dutch fluently; additional languages are a plus.
